Nas Amir Ahmadi, managing director of Detoxinabox was owned thoroughly on Ben Goldacre’s blog. She was caught in an outright lie during an interview which was broadcast to millions of Brits today. When Goldacre quoted content directly from her website she denied that it was from her organisation and claimed that he “must be thinking of the wrong company”. Woops. She also said that she didn’t need to provide evidence for the claims made on her website because it (the website I assume) had nothing to do with her.

The article is fantastic and even has audio and screen-​​shots of the (now changed) Detoxinabox website.
