The Neverland Ghost!

I was just listening to the Hamish & Andy podcast and they mentioned a story on CNN where a shadow was observed and has been reported as a ghost.

Using Occam’s Razor this is most likely a shadow, but it’s just funny to see some of the comments that believers leave.

“okay. first of all, it has to be a ghost because if it was a shadow you’d see a person walking by? duhh, same thing if it was a reflection. jeez.!

also,
same hair style and everything.? use your brains. –_-”

Well no… if a person walked by around the corner from the hallway with a light on the other side of them pointing to the end of the hallway it would cause a shadow.
Also exactly how do you tell that it was the “same hairstyle and everything” from a shadow?
And why does this person keep putting in question marks? Are they questioning their own statements?

I also liked,
“It is a shadow… But think of Peter Pan, who lost his shadow.… And Michael once said in an interview, that in his heart, he IS Peter Pan…
I like this thought, because I also like stories and mystery and all this stuff. Just like Michael did.”

It’s a conspiracy! Michael Jackson IS the real life Peter Pan and the government doesn’t want us to know about it! Humans are able to separate themselves from their shadows!
I’m not having a go at this comment, it’s just a bit of fun.

The shiny floors also reflect the change in illumination of the wall so if a person were to walk in front of a light — and in this case a large softlight, not a point source– the diffuse shadow on the wall would be reflected in the floor as well. It looks to me as if there is a symmetry to the shadow that is divided by the wall/floor boundary.

Its sad when people can’t let go. I actially thought it might have been someone walking outside. The fireplace at the end of the room looks angled to me.

So stupid. Its so obvious that its a real person that Jackson possessed and made him walk in front of the light. Its a sign.
