Great works.
You mentioned you would like a bit of feedback for encouragement. I’m an old fart of 43 who recently stumbled upon the podcasts. Downloading the lot for a listen whilst traveling I have found your podcast to be a delight, informative and funny — ty very much.
I look forward to when you resume.
The reason I came to find your pod was looking around at who was questioning the nutters out there that seem to get so much air time — those that deny science, not with evidence but with rot — the anti-greenhouse theorists to the anti-vaxers and so on.
It is very good you hold these scammers to account — thanks again.

Thanks, Dave. I feel I should mention to people that the one of us who really needs the encouragement is Ted. He’s craved human attention ever since we started locking him in the basement at night.

Listening to Prof. Phil Batterham was fascinating. I’m curious as to how how can be so religious (“Christian”, even), yet he firmly believes in evolution. He recognises that in the post-Darwin world, God has only a “hands off” approach … but in some things, God intervenes. What things? When has God ever intervened to change the natural course of events? I cannot help but wonder what it is that keeps Batterham clinging to his faith.
By the way, does the podcast have a facility for phone-in interviews, for the benefit of potential guests who live interstate?
