HCCC issues a public warning against the AVN

So the HCCC have gone public with their warning about the AVN or Australian Vaccination Network. All I can say is, it is about time! I applaud the HCCC for doing this and Ken McLeod for getting this started with the McCafferys.

The downside is that the HCCC can do little more than issue this warning. That being said it is definitely a step in the right direction.

The AVN refused to put the disclaimer recommended by the HCCC on their website. This shows us that they are even more dangerous than we expected (possible?). They are literally going out of their way to mislead the public.

    Why don’t you debate Meryl in public like she has offered numerous times? What do you have to hide?

    She has never asked us to debate her ever… Get your facts straight. Even if she did challenge us to a debate, why would we accept? What does a public popularity contest achieve?

    Also, you really do have to consider that standing on a platform lends her inane, child-​​killing lunacy the false appearance of being worth taken seriously.

    OK…This is all fantastic news and proof sanity can prevail, but I can’t help but feel a little sad that no one is going to jail over these (what should be) criminal acts.

    i agree, giving crackpots equal time to spout their inane unsupported theories only lends them credence in the eyes of a few. best not acknowledge them in this way..

    Public debates do not allow for sources to be verified and checked. Meryl has a tendancy to cite sources that do not in fact back up her position, often sources that dispute her position. This kind of citing cannot be debated in public. It also allows people to make claims that are false or falsifiable without an adequate way to check and refute such claims.

    Public debates are not about who has the facts and who is correct, but about who commands (not has, but commands) the best rhetoric.

    She has been challenged numerous times to online debates where this kind of citing can be referenced and she hides away all the time. Where the facts can and will win out, but she hides away every single time, often refusing to publish comments in the end so she can have the final say.

    If you would like evidence of this, just check out the photos section of the SAVN facebook page where friendly, helpful, accurate, fact and reality-​​based comment after comment have been captured prior to getting deleted or refused approval from her blog, the AVN facebook page, and other AVN sources.

    And the people who left such intelligent comments above are qualified to voice their untested opinions because …???? Australia and US have swallowed vaccination story, largely because of big business.
    Gates is vaccinating 3rd world to avoid Microsoft being pulled apart (but that is another story) not because it helps, or he wants to save lives. Even WHO says it is a waste of time and money (what gates is doing). better to buy mossie nets, but hey no kickbacks on mossie nets, mossie net makers do not donate to politicians. Or water filters. His idea is to vaccinate the 3rd world kids and leave them in the sewers.
    Meryl Dorey has risen to media prominence in this cause she wanted to make sure diagnosis was correct, questioning the integrity of the doctors methods (fair enough, if only we all had public defenders like Meryl ready to go to bat for us) not that she did not care about baby dying — she had a baby die from vaccination reaction.
    It is an ugly witchhunt, so guys, if you want to continue on this track, be honest and wear your white robes and peak hats, and carry a burning cross.
